This effect activates automatically after a chain resolves in which a Field Spell Card was activated while this card was face-up in the Monster Zone, provided the activation of that Field Spell Card was not negated.

If the effect of a Field Spell Card that is already face-up on the field is activated, the condition to activate this effect is not met.

This is not an effect that activates in a chain to the activation of a Field Spell Card.

Regarding the effect "Once per turn, if a Field Spell Card is face-up on the field, you can target 1 face-up Attack Position monster on the field; destroy it": * This is an Ignition Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone. * This effect targets 1 monster in either player's Monster Zone that is in face-up Attack Position. * This effect can be activated and resolved if a Field Spell Card is face-up on the field. If the Field Spell Card is no longer face-up on the field at the time of resolution, the effect does not resolve. * If the targeted monster is no longer in the Monster Zone in face-up Attack Position at the time of resolution, the effect does not resolve.
