If all the monsters in your GY are EARTH: You can Tribute this card, then target 2 Level 4 or lower Rock monsters in your GY, except "Block Golem"; Special Summon those Rock monsters, but their effects that activate on the field cannot be activated this turn.
The monster effect of "Block Golem" is an Ignition Effect.
When activating the effect, you Tribute "Block Golem" itself, which is face-up in your Monster Zone, as a cost.
This effect targets 2 Level 4 or lower Rock-Type monsters in your Graveyard. (You can also activate this effect by targeting 2 Rock-Type monsters with different Levels.)
If the only monsters in your Graveyard are EARTH monsters, you can activate the monster effect of "Block Golem" even if there are Spell/Trap Cards in your Graveyard.
When the effect resolves, even if one of the 2 targeted monsters is no longer in your Graveyard, the remaining monster is still Special Summoned from the Graveyard.
