Once per turn: You can discard 1 "Spellbook" Spell Card to target 1 Spellcaster-Type monster in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand.
The monster effect of "Spellbook Star Hall" is an Ignition Effect.
When activating the effect, you must discard 1 "Spellbook" Spell Card from your hand as a cost.
This effect targets 1 Spellcaster monster in your Graveyard.
You can also target a Spellcaster Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Monster. (In that case, it is added to your Extra Deck instead of your hand.)
You can activate the monster effect of "Spellbook Star Hall" even if the effect of "Macro Cosmos" is being applied. (When activating the effect, the "Spellbook" Spell Card discarded from your hand as a cost is banished, but the effect is applied normally.)
If the targeted monster is no longer a Spellcaster monster at the time the effect resolves, the effect to add it to your hand is not applied.
