The Level applied by the monster effect of "Chronomaly Sol Monolith" remains applied as long as the targeted monster remains face-up in the Monster Zone.
You cannot activate the monster effect of "Chronomaly Sol Monolith" during a turn in which you have already successfully Special Summoned a monster other than a "Chronomaly" monster. Furthermore, during the turn you activate the monster effect of "Chronomaly Sol Monolith," you cannot Special Summon monsters other than "Chronomaly" monsters.
