The monster effect of "Guiding Quem, the Virtuous" is a Continuous Effect. (It does not create a Chain Link when applied.)
The effect can only be applied during the opponent's turn.
This is an effect that allows you to place 1 Quick-Play Spell Card from your hand into your Spell & Trap Zone and declare its activation during the opponent's turn. (You cannot use this effect if there are no empty zones in your Spell & Trap Zone. Also, you cannot simply Set the card without activating it.)
A Quick-Play Spell Card activated from the hand via the monster effect of "Guiding Quem, the Virtuous" must be a card that meets its own activation requirements.
