You can only activate this card during the Damage Step. (You can activate it from the start of the Damage Step until the end of the Damage Step.)
Activate this card by chaining directly to the activation of a monster effect, or a Spell/Trap Card activation. (You cannot chain this to the activation of a Spell/Trap effect.)
