During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard and you control no monsters, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can Special Summon this card, and if you do, banish it when it leaves the field.
This is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Graveyard.
You can activate this effect during your turn's Draw Phase, provided you are in a situation where you can perform a normal draw, and before you perform that normal draw.
As a condition for activating this effect, you will be unable to perform your normal draw for that turn. (Even if you cannot perform the processing at the time of resolution, you still cannot perform the normal draw.)
While this card Special Summoned by this effect is face-up on the field, it is in a state where it "is banished when it leaves the field."
