Effect
Target 1 "Photon" or "Galaxy" monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Attack Position and equip it with this card. It cannot attack or activate its effects. If it would be destroyed by battle or card effect during the Battle Phase, you can destroy this card instead. If this face-up card leaves the field: The equipped monster's ATK becomes 0. You can only activate 1 "Galaxy Zero" per turn.
The effect "①: Target 1 'Photon' or 'Galaxy' monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Attack Position, and if you do, equip this card to it. The equipped monster cannot attack, and its effects cannot be activated" is the effect processing performed when the card "Galaxy Zero" is activated.
When activating the card "Galaxy Zero," you target 1 "Photon" monster in your GY or 1 "Galaxy" monster in your GY. (You can also target a "Photon" Xyz Monster or a "Galaxy" Xyz Monster.)
"The equipped monster cannot attack" is an effect applied to the equipped monster, but "its effects cannot be activated" is not an effect applied to the equipped monster.
The effect "②: If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect during the Battle Phase, you can destroy this card instead" is an effect that does not start a Chain Link. (This can also be applied during the Damage Step.)
The effect "(3): If this face-up card leaves the field, activate this effect. The ATK of the monster that was equipped with this card becomes 0" is an effect that activates when the "Galaxy Zero" equipped to a monster leaves the field after a monster has been Special Summoned by the effect of "Galaxy Zero," and it creates a Chain Link. (This effect does not target. It also activates during the Damage Step.)
The effect "The ATK of the monster that was equipped with this card becomes 0" remains applied as long as that monster remains face-up in the Monster Zone.
