This effect does not target.
This effect cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
If you cannot Special Summon 2 monsters, such as if there is only 1 empty Monster Zone or if there is only 1 "Geargiano" monster in your Deck, you cannot activate "Geargiagear".
Monsters Special Summoned by the effect of "Geargiagear" remain at the increased Level as long as they remain face-up on the field.
