Effect
If your opponent controls a monster(s) and you control as many or fewer monsters: Monsters currently on the field gain ATK equal to the combined Levels of all monsters their controller currently controls x 100, until the end of this turn.
This effect does not target.
You can activate this effect even if the number of monsters on your field and your opponent's field is the same.
You cannot activate this effect if there are no face-up monsters on either player's field. (The same applies if there are no face-up monsters on either side of the field.)
The ATK of monsters on your field increases by the total Level of monsters on your field × 100, and the ATK of monsters on your opponent's field increases by the total Level of monsters on your opponent's field × 100.
