This effect targets a total of 2 cards: 1 "HERO" monster in your Graveyard and 1 "Change" Quick-Play Spell Card in your Graveyard.
When activating "Mask Charge", you can target a "HERO" Fusion Monster in your Graveyard. (In that case, the targeted Fusion Monster is returned to the Extra Deck instead of being added to your hand. The targeted "Change" Quick-Play Spell Card is added to your hand as normal.)
When resolving the effect of "Mask Charge", if one of the two targeted cards is no longer in the Graveyard, you still add the remaining card in the Graveyard to your hand.
