Effect
If an opponent's card effect activates, before resolving that effect, toss a coin twice, and if the result is 2 Heads, negate that effect. You can only use this effect of "Ms. Judge" once per turn.
The monster effect "①: As long as this card is in the Monster Zone, if your opponent's card effect is activated, perform a coin toss twice when resolving that effect, and if both are heads, negate that effect" is a Continuous Effect.
This effect is applied at the time of resolution of the opponent's activated card effect. (It is applied mandatorily. No Chain Block is created when applying this effect.)
