This effect does not target.
When activating this effect, you must reveal 1 WIND monster in your hand as a cost.
The "End Phase" in "until the end of the next opponent's End Phase, neither player can Xyz Summon using monsters with a Level other than the Level of the revealed monster" is read as "end of the turn." (Applied as of July 10, 2014)
