The effect of "Overlay Owl" is an Ignition Effect.
When activating the effect, you pay 600 LP as a cost.
This effect does not target. When the effect resolves, you detach 1 Xyz Material from either your field or your opponent's field.
You can also detach an Xyz Material from an Xyz Monster that is face-down in Defense Position on the field using the effect of "Overlay Owl".
