You can activate this effect while you have 2 or more cards in your Deck.
When activating this effect, you must target 3 monsters with different Types in your Graveyard. (Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, and Link Monsters that meet the requirements can also be selected as targets.)
At the time of resolution, if all 3 targeted monsters are still in the Graveyard, you perform the action of "shuffle those 3 monsters into the Deck." Afterward, if you successfully returned all 3 monsters to the Deck (or Extra Deck), you perform the action of "draw 2 cards."
The action of returning the cards and the action of drawing cards do not occur simultaneously.
