This effect does not target.
This effect cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
When resolving the effect, you decide whether to add 1, 2, or 3 "Qli" Pendulum Monsters from your Extra Deck to your hand. (You cannot choose to add 0 monsters to your hand.)
If there are no "Qli" Pendulum Monsters in your Extra Deck, you cannot activate "Hidden Qliphort". (You can activate it if there is at least 1 "Qli" Pendulum Monster in your Extra Deck.)
