This is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Monster Zone. (This effect is mandatory.)
When activating this effect, you target 1 card on either field and 1 card in either Graveyard. If a WIND monster was included among the monsters Tributed for the Tribute Summon, you can additionally target 1 card on the field for the effect marked with ●.
When returning 2 cards to the same player's Deck during the "place those cards on top of the owner's Deck in any order" process, the opponent cannot see the order in which they are placed.
When performing both the "place those cards on top of the owner's Deck in any order" process and the "you can target 1 card on the field; return it to the owner's hand" process, these processes do not occur simultaneously.
