Effect
Target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" or "CXyz" monster with the same Type as that monster you control but 1 Rank higher, by using it as material (this is treated as an Xyz Summon, transfer its materials to the Summoned monster), then, if possible, detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster your opponent controls and attach it to the Summoned monster.
【Regarding the ① effect】
At resolution, you perform the action of "Special Summon 1 'Number C' or 'CX' monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control and has the same Type, by using it as material." If the Special Summon is successful and there are Xyz Materials on the opponent's field, you then perform the action of "attach 1 of them to the Special Summoned monster as Xyz Material."
When performing both the action of Special Summoning and the action of attaching Xyz Materials, these actions do not occur simultaneously.
If there is no "Number C" or "CX" monster in your Extra Deck that is 1 Rank higher and has the same Type as the target, which can be Special Summoned by the effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force", you cannot target that monster.
This effect is applied to the targeted Xyz Monster. If the targeted monster is unaffected by Spell effects at the time of resolution, no action is performed.
If the targeted monster is in face-down Defense Position at the time of resolution, no action is performed.
