Effect
If you control both Fish and Winged Beast-Type monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When you do: You can declare a Level from 3 to 5; the Levels of all monsters you currently control become the declared Level. If you activate this effect, monsters you control cannot activate their effects for the rest of this turn, except WATER monsters.

(This effect does not create a Chain Link when Special Summoning this way.)
The monster effect "When Special Summoned this way, you can declare a Level from 3 to 5 to activate this effect; all monsters you currently control become that Level" is a Trigger Effect. (This is an effect that can be activated optionally when "Sirenorca" is Special Summoned from the hand by its own monster effect.)
The monster effect "all monsters you currently control become that Level" does not target. (When activating this effect, you declare one Level from 3, 4, or 5.)
The Level applied by the monster effect "all monsters you currently control become that Level" remains applied as long as those monsters remain face-up in the Monster Zone.
The monster effect "all monsters you currently control become that Level" is not applied to Xyz Monsters or Link Monsters.
