Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by a Dragon-Type Xyz Monster's effect in your possession, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When Special Summoned, if your Life Points are lower than your opponent's: This card gains ATK equal to your current Life Point deficit, and if it does, your opponent takes no further damage this turn. This card cannot attack your opponent directly.
"Soul-Eating Oviraptor" is a Special Summon Monster. If it is being Special Summoned by the monster effect of a Dragon-Type Xyz Monster you control, it can be Special Summoned from locations other than your hand.
Even if "Soul-Eating Oviraptor" was sent from your hand to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard with the effect of "Queen Dragun Djinn."
The monster effect "When this card is Special Summoned: If your LP is lower than your opponent's, this card gains ATK equal to the difference, also any damage your opponent takes this turn becomes 0" is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)
The monster effect "this card gains ATK equal to the difference, also any damage your opponent takes this turn becomes 0" is a mandatory effect that activates when "Soul-Eating Oviraptor" is successfully Special Summoned while your LP is lower than your opponent's. (It does not activate if your LP is equal to or higher than your opponent's.)
The monster effect "This card cannot attack your opponent directly" is a Continuous Effect.
