Effect
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by sending any number of "Duston" monsters you control to the Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's ATK and DEF each become equal to the number of monsters sent to the Graveyard for its Summon x 1000. Your opponent cannot Flip or Special Summon any monsters, or activate any Set Spell/Trap Cards on the field. If you control more monsters than your opponent does, destroy this card.
"Starduston" is a Special Summon Monster.
Must be Special Summoned by the method described in its text. (It cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard with effects such as "Monster Reborn".)
The effect "Your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards that are Set on the field, and your opponent cannot Flip Summon or Special Summon monsters" is a Continuous Effect. (This is applied to the player who is the opponent of the controller of "Starduston".)
Even while the effect "Your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards that are Set on the field, and your opponent cannot Flip Summon or Special Summon monsters" is being applied, your opponent can still Normal Summon (including Set). Also, while your opponent cannot activate Set Spell & Trap Cards, they can still activate Spell Cards from their hand or activate the effects of Trap Cards in the Graveyard as normal.
The effect "If you control more monsters than your opponent, destroy this card" does not create a Chain Link when it is applied.
